Our Refund and Exchange Policy

We provide refunds and exchanges for the first 30 days after your purchase. Regrettably, we cannot offer a refund or exchange of any kind if 30 days have passed since your purchase.

Refunds and Exchanges Eligibility Criteria

To be eligible for a refund or exchange, please ensure that you meet the following conditions:

  • The item is damaged or faulty.
  • The item must be unused and in the same condition as when you received it.
  • The original packaging must be kept intact.
  • You must have a receipt or proof of purchase to proceed with the return.
  • Only regular-priced items are eligible for a refund; sale items cannot be refunded.
  • If the item was a gift and directly shipped to you, a gift credit will be issued for the returned value.

Exchanges (if necessary)

We acknowledge that sometimes defects or damages may occur. If the item you received is faulty, we are more than happy to replace it for you. To exchange it for the same item, please follow these steps:

  • Send us an email to notify us about the issue
  • Ship the item to us (We will provide you with the appropriate address)

In the unlikely event that you wish to cancel your order, you may do so before the date of the goods (book(s)) being dispatched. Once your item(s) have been shipped a cancellation will no longer be possible.

Late or Missing Refunds: What to Do

If you haven’t received your refund, there are a few steps you can take to resolve the issue:

  • First, recheck your bank account to ensure the refund has yet to be processed.
  • Next, contact your credit card company. Sometimes, it takes a while for refunds to be officially posted.
  • If you have tried the above steps and still haven’t received your refund, please feel free to contact us at (email and/or phone number provided for you). We’re here to help.

Shipping Instructions for Returns:

When returning an item, please send it to the following address (address will be provided). You’ll be required to cover the shipping expenses for returning the product, and please keep in mind that shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be subtracted from it. Delivery time may vary depending on your location. Please keep in mind that we cannot guarantee that the returned item will be received.


We are always striving to keep our customers happy. A return policy on our book/books fits in line with the customer’s needs and wishes and meets our terms.

We supply and ship printed books in hardback (mostly) and paperback form directly to clubs and, in other cases, where necessary, to the end user. Our finished products (book/books) should reach you in perfect condition. If the end user is not satisfied with the singular end product (book/books), it/they must be returned to us at the UK address provided to you before an examination of the complaint is carried out. Thereafter, a replacement or a full refund will only be issued upon passed inspection.
